I've had a FB account for a long long time now, & I've never violated the use of it! However, there was this one time when I just went overboard and kept sending out invites & doing way too many things, which was bound to cause suspicion... I got a warning, which I didn't heed and my account was suspended for a day or so... But then things were back to normal! So I guess, it's pretty clear! Use according to their terms and try not to be a spammer, you're less likely to get affected... And I think this is only fair. Flickr is exclusively for photograph's, and the sort of people they target is different! FB's audience profile is completely different & photograph's is just one of the several things users can do and here the intention is different as well... People don't click photograph's to show how brilliant they are at photography, they instead take them to show the world a different side of themselves! In a more fun way!!! So, given that, it truly is a remarkable no & what might not be quality for you and me, will definitely be for the particular user & his circle!
