@JoJo... I've had a FB account for a long long time now, & I've never violated the use of it! However, there was this one time when I just went overboard and kept sending out invites & doing way too many things, which was bound to cause suspicion... I got a warning, which I didn't heed and my account was suspended for a day or so... But then things were back to normal!

So I guess, it's pretty clear! Use according to their terms and try not to be a spammer, you're less likely to get affected... And I think this is only fair. I mean there are forums which have it, your regular email accounts have it, so why throw a tantrum when FB is doing it, is it cause their owner is one of the youngest billionaire's around?!?!?!

While I'd have to agree with you on this point, I have something to add... Flickr is exclusively for photograph's, and the sort of people they target is different!

FB's audience profile is completely different & photograph's is just one of the several things users can do and here the intention is different as well... People don't click photograph's to show how brilliant they are at photography, they instead take them to show the world a different side of themselves! In a more fun way!!! So, given that, it truly is a remarkable no & what might not be quality for you and me, will definitely be for the particular user & his circle!

1 billion photos a month are uploaded. Any idiot can take 'a photo'. Blurry, sideways, mobile phone snaps of something you'd probably regret the next morning doesn't count.

Flickr may not have the numbers but they have the quality.

Fact #11: There is ZERO customer service. If your account is disabled, good luck getting ahold of anyone for help. Mark Z. needs to use some of his billions to hire enough competent support to assist the users.

Fact #12: Facebook is disabling accounts more and more due to people using it "too fast".
